Dream The Change was established to bridge the gap between families from diverse backgrounds who have children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and service providers.

At Dream The Change CIC, we’re here to support you and to stand by your side to help you and your child to flourish, so they can achieve all you’ve dreamt for them.
Dream The Change CIC receives funding from The National Lottery Coronavirus Community Support Fund, The National Lottery Community Fund and the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport.
Jemal’s role as a Co-Founder and Director is to coordinate the work of the Community Interest Company “Dream The Change”.
Is a trainer with a strong background in community development, in 2018 was recognized by the Queen for her notable contribution in her own community.
Having a daughter with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), Zakariya aspires to make her life experience, and those of families connected with Dream The Change CIC, the best they can be.
Paulina is a creative and versatile person, she is from Venezuela, but has raised her family in the U.K.
